This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career to join Stone King’s highly respected IT Team. The role will be based in our Bath office with hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities

General duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage, administer and maintain the firm’s Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the entire application estate to ensure it is running optimally at all times.
  • Install new and upgrade existing applications as defined by the IT Strategy and Investment plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and processes.
  • Liaise with external suppliers on known issues, their resolution and technology roadmaps.
  • Work closely with the IT Trainers to assist in producing software related training materials.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with projects outside of main scope of the role.

Essential

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience with Microsoft technologies – M365, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Previous experience in laptop configuration, repackaging, management and performance tuning.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Exposure to system development/coding/integration.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills and prioritisation of workload.
  • Ability to work with others in a team and work effectively to deadlines.

Desirable

  • Training in programmes such as Azure, M365.
  • Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management Technologies.
  • Good SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Intune.
  • Understanding of ITIL Framework.
  • Previous application knowledge on applications such as Case Management Systems and Time Recording.
