The opportunity
To support the planning and delivery of events and webinars, taking ownership of smaller events and assisting with logistics for larger ones. This role focuses on execution, communications, and attendee engagement, while contributing to event reporting and trend analysis. The role is available in one of the following locations: Bath, Leeds, London, or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Receive submission forms and execute webinars and smaller events independently. Upload events onto external websites and maintain listings. Proofread invites and assist with mailing creation (invites/newsletters).
- On-the-day support: Manage logistics for smaller events and assist with large event setup/breakdown. Support webinar delivery and monitor technical issues.
- Post-event follow-up: Send thank-you or apology emails after events. Respond to queries in the events inbox.
- Marketing support: Create social media posts for events. Assist with creating slide decks for webinars.
- Reporting & insights: Help track attendance and contribute to ROI reporting. Participate in regular catch-ups with fee earners to brainstorm event ideas.
Essential
- Experience in event management and possess ability to independently manage smaller events and assist with the logistical processes for larger events.
- Previous experience proofreading invites and creating basic mailing lists for events.
- Confident in handling event logistics, including setup and breakdown.
- Basic technical knowledge to support webinar delivery and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Prior experience in post-event communication, including managing events queries.
- Confidence with assisting with slide deck preparation for webinars, including promoting the events through simple social media posts.
- An interest in analytics to build skills in understanding ROI on events to build reports.

- Previous experience in events in a professional services environment or law firm.
