The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to become part of our dynamic Construction team. The role can be based at any of our offices with hybrid working arrangements available. Occasional travel to other offices or client sites may be required, depending on project needs. You will collaborate closely with our nationally recognised Education team, ranked Tier 1, and have the chance to contribute to nonācontentious construction matters across the Charity and Business communities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage an individual caseload, delegating and supervising junior team members.
Foster relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring an excellent service.
Work collegially within the team and wider firm environment.
Communicate promptly and effectively internally and externally.
Continuously develop professionally and stay updated with legal developments.
Deliver highāstandard work in line with the firm\ās values and procedures.
Collaborate with the Business Development & Marketing Team to grow the firm\ās reputation and client base.
Support the construction team\ās budget process and take responsibility for financial performance.
RequirementsEssential
Experienced Solicitor or Barrister with a strong level of experience in nonācontentious construction matters.
Exhibits effective management and supervisory skills.
Strong interest in business development and able to market the firm.
Evidence of diversity and experience in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Demonstrates commitment to career development and further learning.
Desirable
Experience within the Education, Charity and Public Sector funding arena.
Dual qualification in law and construction, with senior membership of a chartered professional institution (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB).
Specialist qualifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution, especially arbitration and adjudication, and membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
