Key Responsibilities
- Bid & proposal support: Prepare smaller and/or informal proposals and assist with formal bid/framework submissions. Complete PQQs and supplier questionnaires accurately and on time. Conduct pitch research to support tailored submissions.
- Asset & document management: Maintain and update team sheets, CVs, and experience records. Manage pitch logs, trackers, and portals for bid submissions. Organise and maintain bid‑related assets (templates, pitch materials).
- Sales collateral development: Work closely with the BD team to draft and update leaflet and brochure content. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordination & reporting: Support the Bids & Proposals Manager with bid tracking and reporting.
Requirements
Essential: Ability to deliver targeted research that strengthens proposals and submissions. Experience in updating and maintaining key documentation, including bid assets, templates, team sheets and experience records, and managing pitch logs, trackers, and relevant portals. Experience drafting and updating marketing material such as brochures and leaflets, and understanding brand guidelines.
Desirable: Familiarity with CRM or bid management tools. Previous experience in a professional services environment or law firm. Knowledge of industry‑specific frameworks and procurement processes.
