This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career to join Stone King's highly respected Business Development & Marketing Team. Accountable for the firm's digital marketing strategy and roadmap, including UX optimisation, SEO governance, PPC budget control and innovation planning. This role provides leadership on digital best practice and ensures alignment with firmwide growth objectives. This opportunity is for a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract for maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the website roadmap and UX strategy, setting standards for optimisation and conversion.
- Oversee large‑scale web projects and ensure integration with firmwide campaigns.
- Monitor client journey trends and recommend enhancements to improve UX and conversion.
- Upload technical content (videos, audio, member areas) and manage e-commerce functionality.
- Define and govern SEO/GEO strategy across all digital channels. Provide training and ensure compliance with best practice.
- Research and apply geo‑targeting strategies to improve visibility.
- Own PPC strategy and budget allocation, setting KPIs for paid media performance and overseeing optimisation.
- Analyse performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Accountable for digital performance.
- Interpret analytics to influence investment decisions and campaign priorities.
- Research emerging trends (voice search, AI‑driven personalisation, CRO).
- Recommend and implement future‑proof digital strategies to leadership and secure support for projects.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing platforms and campaigns, ideally within a professional services environment or in a law firm.
- Ability to lead large‑scale digital projects.
- Strong knowledge of website management, UX principles, as well as large‑scale web projects.
- An understanding of and demonstrated experience with SEO, GEO‑targeting, and PPC campaign management.
- Experience in marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce functionality and content upload – video/audio/member areas.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, PPC dashboards to monitor and report on performance with the aim to provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Awareness of emerging digital trends such as voice search, AI tools, and CRO with the ability to influence others on implementing new strategies to take advantage of digital engagement.
