STONE ISLAND is searching for a dynamic, proactive, and self-driven Corner Supervisor to join our team and embark on an exciting journey at Selfridges.

Our Corner Supervisor is deeply passionate about our brand, embodying the role of Brand Ambassador. They contribute to the management and development of their team while working closely with their Wholesale Area Manager to strategically grow the business.

Proactively drives corner sales and delivers an elevated level of service while building customer loyalty and developing new customers.

  • Has strong knowledge of the collection.
  • Drives sales and productivity through individual results and key KPI management.
  • Ensures the Stone Island Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently.
  • Analyse reports (sell-out and main KPIs) and work closely with the Selfridges Management Team to strategically drive and grow business.
  • Effectively coaches and ensures the teams compliancy with company initiatives (Training and Selling Programs, CEM, CRM etc.);
  • Deep understanding, passion and enthusiasm for the Stone Island brand and products are essential.
  • Fluency & sophistication in English - additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele.
  • Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
