We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Set up dining areas, including table arrangements and cleanliness standards
- Handle payments efficiently and accurately at the point of sale
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including clearing tables and sanitising surfaces
- Support barista duties if required, including preparing specialised coffee drinks
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Assist in catering events or special functions as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Experience in restaurant or barista roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
