At Stone Fired, we\'re passionate about serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, made with love and baked to perfection in our stone-fired ovens. Since opening our first location in 2022, we\'ve grown with community spirit and quality at the heart of everything we do. Now, we\'re looking for skilled, energetic pizza chefs to join our friendly team in our Prestonpans store in East Lothian.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
Preparing and hand-stretching Neapolitan-style dough
Topping pizzas with fresh, high-quality ingredients
Cooking pizzas in a traditional stone-fired oven
Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Supporting the team with prep and general kitchen duties
Delivering consistency and quality with every pizza
Bringing great energy and a positive attitude to every shift
What We\'re Looking For:
Previous experience as a pizza chef or in a fast-paced kitchen
Confidence working with dough and using a pizza oven
Passion for good food and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods
Good communication skills and a strong team player
Punctual, reliable, and committed to high standards
Experience with Neapolitan-style pizza is a big plus
