Our client is a well-respected, family-owned social care provider that supports the residential nursing care sector. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Registered Home Manager to assume operational responsibility of a 52-bedded facility, working closely with the company owners to drive occupancy whilst ensuring outstanding levels of care.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will already be working within a Nursing Management capacity, either across residential or nursing care, and will have a proven track record of helping a similar provider to improve care standards and drive occupancy levels. Candidates could also be working in a Deputy Management capacity of a larger home and would like the chance to advance their career as the Registered Manager, or perhaps somebody who has worked in an Area/Regional Management capacity and would like the chance to transition back into Registered Management.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential nursing care management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the care industry.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
- RGN Qualified would be preferred.
