We’re hiring a Site Coordinator for our Delivery Team in Skelmersdale. You’ll manage the daily operations of clean and wastewater sites, ensuring they run safely and efficiently. We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater, and the environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager to fulfil client requirements in a multi-site capacity from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices.
- Conduct site audits, identifying and escalating issues as necessary.
- Review and sign off on site files; project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation.
- Act as temporary works supervisor as and when required.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc.
- Ensure site staff follow health, safety, and quality policies and processes.
- Assist the Project Manager to collate, check, and approve timesheets.
- Liaise with project management and commercial team members to assist in the formulation of CEs and measures as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing construction sites.
- Physically fit to enter confined spaces and access works on a construction site.
- Able to consistently work to a high standard of health and safety and quality; knowledge of health and safety is essential.
- Hold a current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor Card) and SMSTS (or SSSTS with the ability to work towards achieving SMSTS as a minimum).

- Up to £45,000 + work van.
- 24 days' paid holiday, increasing to 25 after 2 years of service.
