We’re looking for Site Operatives in the Skegness area to join our team, working across clean and wastewater sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Site Supervisor and deliver works on Water Utility and Environmental Agency contracts to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Assist with site preparation, including unloading and storing building materials and plant.
- Store, handle, use and dispose of materials correctly.
- Perform physical tasks such as basic timber shuttering, drainage, kerb laying, material mixing and application.
- Operate heavy machinery (diggers, dumpers, compressors) in conjunction with CPCS training.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, wearing full PPE at all times.
- Follow the Company Safety Handbook and all safety instructions.
- Follow all training and reasonable instructions given.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Requirements
- Driving licence and a car.
- Previous experience working on-site in a labouring role.
- Ideally a CSCS card.
Pay & Benefits
- £144.38 day rate for 10‑hour days.
- Travel and overnight stays will be part of the role.
- Training and advancement opportunities.
- 24 days’ annual leave, rising to 25 after two years.
