Site Coordinator
We’re hiring a Site Coordinator for our Delivery Team in Waterlooville. Your role will involve managing daily operations of clean and wastewater sites, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
Overview
In this position you will be the vital link between site staff and project management, facilitating smooth execution of all site activities across multiple locations from pre‑construction through post‑construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in fulfilling client requirements across multi‑site projects, adhering to policies, procedures and best practices.
- Conduct site audits, identify and report issues.
- Review and sign off on site files, project programmes, RAMS, CPPs and quality documentation.
- Act as temporary works supervisor when required.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins and similar briefings.
- Ensure site staff follows health, safety and quality policies.
- Assist in collating, checking and approving time sheets.
- Liaise with project management and commercial teams to support the formulation of cost estimates and measures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience managing construction sites.
- Physically fit to enter confined spaces and conduct on‑site work.
- Consistent high standard in health, safety and quality; strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor) and SMSTS (or SSSTS with intent to achieve SMSTS).
Salary & Perks
- Circa £42,000 per annum plus a work van.
- 24 days paid holiday, increasing to 25 after 2 years’ service.
