We are recruiting for Repairs Operatives based in Glasgow working on clean and dirty water sites.

• £30,331 per annum
• Travel and site work across the UK is part of the role. All travel and accommodation expenses are covered.

At Panton McLeod, we carry out a wide range of work using aerial drones and underwater ROVs. We pride ourselves on being a leading provider of innovative water treatment solutions, committed to ensuring the safety and sustainability of water resources across various industries through excellence and cutting-edge technology.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering works on clean water sites to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Travel and overnighters will be part of the job.

You will

• Assist with the preparation of sites, including unloading and storing of building materials and plant
• Store, handle, use and dispose of materials in the correct manner
• Perform physical tasks such as basic timber shuttering, drainage and kerb laying, material mixing and application
• Operate heavy machinery in conjunction with CPCS training e.g. diggers/dumpers/compressors
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment including wearing full PPE, at all times
• Follow the Company Safety Handbook, and all other safety instructions
• Follow all training and reasonable instructions given
• Experience of working on-site, in a labourer capacity.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to complete daily tasks with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work at heights safely, following relevant training.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept personal responsibility.
• Ability to lift, carry and push equipment.
• Ability to act on initiative, particularly in respect to Health & Safety and reporting relevant matters.
• Demonstrate good driving skills in company vans, where driving will be monitored and tracked.
• Willingness to attend training courses, as and when required.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home, as and when required.
• £30,160 per annum
• 30 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
• All travel and accommodation expenses are covered
