We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support clean and wastewater projects across multiple sites.
We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater and the environment.
As Project Coordinator, you\’ll be the key link between the site teams and project management. Your focus will be on day-to-day site operations, ensuring jobs run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers across all project phases—from pre-construction to post-delivery.
- Prepare and manage essential site documentation (programmes, RAMS, CPPs, quality records).
- Champion strong communication and team collaboration on-site.
- Provide guidance on systems, procedures, and best practices to ensure site competency.
- Conduct site audits, raise concerns, and follow through on resolutions.
- Act as Temporary Works Supervisor as required.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Uphold and enforce health, safety, and quality standards, maintaining all required records.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on cost events and site measurements.
- Support timesheet approvals and accurate reporting.
- Experience managing or coordinating across multiple sites.
- Physically fit and able to access confined spaces and construction areas.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Confident communicator – clear and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality.
- Able to consistently work to a high standard of health and safety and quality. Knowledge of health and safety is essential.
