Overview We are recruiting for a People Business Partner to join our People team.
You will have a visible presence across sites and offices, providing advice, coaching, and challenge to managers.
Up to £45k, plus a £6k car allowance or company car.

What you'll be doing You will be accountable for driving key people performance indicators, promoting a positive culture, resolving issues through early intervention, and enabling managers to confidently lead their teams in line with company values, policies and employment legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities Partner with operational leaders across multiple regions, and where required subsidiary businesses within the Group, providing commercially focused people support.
Build strong working relationships with managers, acting as a trusted advisor whilst constructively influencing decision-making and promoting best practice people management.
Drive proactive early intervention to resolve people issues before they escalate into formal employee relations matters.
Manage a varied employee relations caseload, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
Develop and implement regional action plans to deliver key People KPIs, including but not limited to: Employee retention, Diversity, Equity
