We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at our Morpeth office, leading client projects collaboratively and proactively to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater and the environment. What we’re looking for:
- Plan effectively from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices.
- Ensure the role in the capacity of temporary works coordinator is fulfilled adequately and in line with training.
- Oversee Project and Site Coordinators, providing guidance where required.
- Produce site files, including but not limited to the project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation.
- Accept the role of principal contractor on behalf of the company, and if required, ensure the correct measures are in place for suitable management of sub-contractors.
- Ensure suitable levels of team labour resource and competence. Liaise with line manager when required.
- Ensure an understanding of the Company's Health and Safety Policy and the allocated responsibilities under the Health and Safety At Work Act including those under the CDM Regulations 2015.
- Take the lead on larger projects with increased complexity, risk, and value.
Who we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in the delivery of relevant projects.
- Civils or Waterproofing/Concrete Repair Background.
- Ability to manage projects in a direct delivery model.
- Able to work alone and using own initiative to solve problems and complete daily tasks.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel, Project.
