We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to join our Delivery Team. In this role, you will lead and deliver projects across both clean and wastewater sites for Yorkshire Water.

What you'll be doing:
- You will be responsible for delivering civils projects to the agreed programme, budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Utilise specialist civils experience and capability to project manage the delivery of complex civils schemes between the value of £100k-£5m.
- Plan effectively from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices.
- Ensure the role in the capacity of temporary works coordinator is fulfilled adequately and in line with training.
- Produce site files, including but not limited to the project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation.
- Accept the role of principle contractor on behalf of the company, and if required, ensure the correct measures are in place for suitable management of sub-contractors.
- Liaise with Civils Site Managers and Supervisors to take accountability for accurate and timely submission of completed works and time sheets for the team.
- Ensure an understanding of the Company's Health and Safety Policy and the allocated responsibilities under the Health and Safety At Work Act including those under the CDM Regulations 2015.
- Hold responsibility and accountability for project performance including finance, health and safety, and quality.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience in project managing and delivering civils projects.
- Possess a higher-level construction management qualification, or civil engineering degree.
- Experience in managing pre-construction civils processes, creating a scope of works, supporting on tenders and producing programs.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, CDM regulations and Regulations.
- Experience with temporary works management.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Experience in writing RAMS and CPPs.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with safe systems of work.
- Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
