We’re hiring a Site Coordinator for our Delivery Team in Waterlooville. You’ll manage the daily operations of clean and wastewater sites, ensuring they run safely and efficiently.
We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater and the environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide the vital link between site staff and project management to ensure the smooth running of all jobs on site.
- Assist the Project Manager to fulfil client requirements in a multi-site capacity from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices.
- Conduct site audits, identifying and escalating issues as necessary.
- Review and sign on to site files; project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation.
- Act as temporary works supervisor as and when required.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc.
- Ensure site staff follow health, safety, and quality policies and processes.
- Assist the Project Manager to collate, check, and approve time sheets.
- Liaise with project management and commercial team members to assist in the formulation of CEs and measures as required.
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous experience managing construction sites.
- Physically fit to enter confined spaces and access works on a construction site.
- Able to consistently work to a high standard of health and safety and quality.
- Knowledge of health and safety is essential.
- Hold a current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor Card).
- SMSTS (or SSSTS with the ability to work towards achieving SMSTS as a minimum).
