We are recruiting for a Proposals & Bid Coordinator to join our Growth team. We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater and the environment. What you'll be doing

  • You will assist in the complete procurement lifecycle of key framework and project-specific tenders, working collaboratively with the Technical Bid Writer, subject experts, and other internal support teams.
  • Provide support and assistance with technical responses, helping develop tender proposals including working with the subject experts to incorporate their content into the submission.
  • Edit and proof-read submission documents to ensure accuracy and bid compliance.
  • Assist with the implementation and continuous development of the bid library to provide a resource of industry standard responses which can be used to form the basis of future responses.
  • Liaise with the internal marketing team to highlight any new content which could be used in the production of project news or social media content.
  • Support the Group Bid Manager with uploading tender submissions and bid administration.
  • Assist with pre and post tender clarification management ensuring responses are submitted accurately and in good time.
  • Help manage proposal schedules and deadlines to maximise available time for responses to be prepared and completed.
  • Where possible, take full ownership of general bid responses and supplier forms to alleviate workload from other bid team members.
