We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Delivery Team, delivering projects across clean and wastewater sites. There’s never been a more exciting time to join us. With increasing investment in water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure, we’re growing fast - and we’re looking for passionate people to grow with us.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan effectively from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices.
- Ensure the role in the capacity of temporary works coordinator is fulfilled adequately and in line with training.
- Oversee Project and Site Coordinators, providing guidance where required.
- Produce site files, including but not limited to the project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation.
- Accept the role of principal contractor on behalf of the company, and if required, ensure the correct measures are in place for suitable management of sub-contractors.
- Create and maintain effective communication and a good working relationship with the client through meeting attendance, site visits, portal updates and so on.
- Ensure an understanding of the Company's Health and Safety Policy and the allocated responsibilities under the Health and Safety At Work Act including those under the CDM Regulations 2015.
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in the delivery of relevant projects.
- Ability to manage projects in a direct delivery model.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- A good communicator, able to liaise confidently and deal with a variety of people including the client, suppliers and wider team members face-to-face, in writing and on the telephone.
- Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel, Project.
