Ian Williams is hiring a Sales Executive to join its Direct Sales team based in the South West of England. This is a full-time onsite role for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building strong business relationships, and creating new sales opportunities. The successful candidate will focus on growing enquiry flow for the company’s painting services. You will work closely with business units across the UK, identify new opportunities outside traditional procurement routes, and help secure new projects. This role is suitable for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in business development, account management, or B2B sales. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, travelling to meet clients, and achieving business growth through relationship building.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify business opportunities outside traditional procurement routes.

  • Promote Ian Williams’ painting services to potential customers.
  • Prepare professional sales proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with the Direct Sales team to maximise opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Manage and develop an active sales pipeline.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business development and account management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • Experience managing key customer accounts.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
