- Support office operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily functions.
- Maintain health and safety compliance within the terminal, following strict guidelines.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of depot activities, ensuring efficient operations.
- Liaise with various teams and departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and update records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the depot manager and team leaders as required.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, representing the company's values.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the depot manager or senior management.
Qualifications
