As SHEQ Supervisor, you will play a role in ensuring the safety and quality standards at the Stolthaven Dagenham terminal. You will actively promote safety within the field, oversee the proper implementation of SHEQ policies, and support a culture of continuous improvement concerning safety, health, environment, and quality attention points. You will be responsible for organizing compliance training primarily for the Operations Department, to ensure adherence to the terminal's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

What you will be doing:
- Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment at the Dagenham terminal.
- Conducting regular field walks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and SHEQ policies, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Investigating incidents and communicating findings effectively.
- Assisting the Compliance Manager with policy updates.
- Processing SHEQ orders on Oracle.
- Managing Permit to Work processes and conducting site inductions.
- Arranging calibration of safety equipment.
- Facilitating communication of SHE-Q policies across management.
- Preparing site safety performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum BSc in Occupational Health & Safety professional qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Professional membership like Energy Institute (EI), IOSH.
- Relevant certifications in safety management and occupational health.
- 5 years of experience in SHE-Q within a COMAH Terminal Operations.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and ISO standards.
- Skills in risk assessment and implementation of corrective measures.
- Experience in developing and conducting safety training programs.
- Skills in conducting internal audits.
