As SHEQ Supervisor, you will play a role in ensuring the safety and quality standards at the Stolthaven Dagenham terminal. You will actively promote safety within the field, oversee the proper implementation of SHEQ policies, and support a culture of continuous improvement concerning safety, health, environment, and quality attention points. You will be responsible for organizing compliance training primarily for the Operations Department, to ensure adherence to the terminal’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
As the SHEQ Supervisor, you will be an instrumental part of our team, promoting and maintaining a safe working environment at the Dagenham terminal. You will conduct regular field walks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and SHEQ policies, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions. Your role involves investigating incidents and communicating findings effectively, assisting the Compliance Manager with policy updates, and processing SHEQ orders on Oracle.
