As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital part of our dynamic team, responsible for managing the efficient flow of trucks in and out of our terminal. Your key tasks include vehicle weighing, processing, and providing precise documentation to drivers and our operatives. You will also be the face of our company, greeting site visitors and ensuring a positive first impression. This role requires a high level of concentration and attention to detail due to the fast-paced nature of the work and the importance of accurate documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing trucks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Weigh vehicles and process documentation accurately, following company procedures.
  • Issue precise documentation to drivers and Stolt Operatives, using our specialized computer system.
  • Handle HMRC reporting requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for site visitors, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
  • Maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail, especially when handling critical tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance overall customer service.
