In this role, you will coordinate the development of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) improvement programs, standards, and systems. You will support line management in delivering SHEQ objectives and develop campaigns to enhance safety culture.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Global SHEQ Coordinator, you will work alongside the Global SHEQ management team, coordinating meetings to ensure proper implementation, follow-up, and closure of improvement initiatives. You will oversee incident investigation and reporting functions, ensuring effective communication of Lessons Learned and addressing training needs. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and regularly reporting SHEQ trends and statistics to management as required. Furthermore, you will ensure the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity and emergency response plans for our terminals.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and execute work priorities for continuous improvement of SHEQ management programs and systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and report SHEQ trends and performance indicators.
- Ensure business continuity plans, and emergency response plans are established and maintained.
- Coordinate incident investigation and reporting functions.
- Review and update SHEQ training delivery methods at terminals.
- Coordinate development of global safety standards and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and external entities.
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably including SHEQ Management or Project Management.
- SHEQ-related work experience preferred in high hazard industries, particularly bulk liquid storage.
- Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a global view.
- Must be team-oriented, ethical, and organized.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in SHEQ Management.
- Prepared to travel as required.
