Amber Beverage UK is looking for a National Account Manager – eCommerce to lead our growth across Amazon and the wider online drinks market. You'll manage Amazon through Vendor Central / 1P, and go beyond it — building our presence across pure-play eCommerce, online drinks specialists, marketplaces, grocery.com and emerging digital retail platforms.
Think customer relationships, trading plans, promotional activity, digital shelf execution, retail media and full P&L accountability — all yours to shape.
This isn't a "maintain the account plan" role — you'll help build the eCommerce channel from the ground up, win new online customers, sharpen our Amazon performance, and bring great brands to life digitally.
- Own Amazon Vendor Central / 1P trading — POs, forecasting, availability, pricing, chargebacks and profitability
- Grow relationships across Amazon, pure-play eCommerce, online specialists, marketplaces and grocery.
- Manage customer plans across volume, NSV, profit, margin, promotions and retail media
- Drive digital shelf execution — content, imagery, A+ content, Brand Stores, search and pricing
- Lead trading reviews, negotiations and joint growth plans
- Partner with marketing on activation plans for NPD, gifting and key trading moments
- Manage retail media investment, including sponsored ads and agency performance
- Spot new online customers and growth opportunities across premium drinks categories
Requirements:
- Strong grasp of Amazon POs, forecasting, catalogue management, chargebacks and deductions
- Background managing eCommerce, pure-play, marketplace or online retail accounts
- FMCG, drinks, grocery or premium brand experience
- Sharp commercial instincts — pricing, promotions, P&L and ROI
- Working knowledge of digital shelf execution and retail media
- A confident, data-driven approach to building trading plans and selling stories
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
Competitive salary ~ Bonus up to 20% ~ Car allowance ~ Private healthcare ~ 25 days holiday ~ Company pension ~ Product allowance ~ Genuine career development within a growing international business.
If you want real ownership of a major growth channel, a strong portfolio of brands behind you, and the chance to shape a channel rather than just run it — we'd love to hear from you.
