  • Take Responsibility – The Position: Account Manager - London / Greater London, UK
  • As the

Account Manager - London / Greater London - UK , you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Stokke’s growth across the UK market.

You will be responsible for developing sales and distribution plans, building joint business partnerships, and prospecting new accounts with a strong focus on London.

This is a field-based role with four days a week spent on the road across the UK, working directly with independent, regional, and national retail partners to deliver compliance, elevate brand presence, and ensure commercial success.

The role reports into the UK Sales Leadership team and requires close collaboration with the Key Account Manager, Marketing, and Global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and distribution plans to drive growth across the UK.
  • Prospect, open, and develop new independent and regional retail partners.
  • Build and deliver joint business plans with existing accounts to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Trade Marketing & Brand Execution
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives and merchandising programs across accounts.
  • Ensure premium in-store presentation, optimized POS, and strong compliance standards.
  • Support national retailers with staff training, incentive programs, and retail execution.
  • Market Insights & Collaboration
  • Share insights, trends, and feedback from the UK market with global and local teams.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Contribute actively to a high-performing UK sales team culture, sharing knowledge and driving collective results.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales and account management experience, ideally in premium/branded consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated track record of building commercial plans, delivering trade marketing, and driving new business development.
  • Energetic, motivated, and naturally engaging—able to inspire and build trust.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship management skills at all levels.
  • Comfortable managing independents, regional chains, and national retail partners.
  • Flexible, mobile, and adaptable to the demands of a fast-paced field-based role.
  • Special Requirements
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Full UK driving licence.
