About the Role

As a Workshop Coffee Machine Engineer, you’ll be primarily workshop‑based, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of coffee equipment to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Planned, preventative servicing (annual maintenance and inspections)
  • Reactive repairs and fault‑finding
  • Focused on minimising waste and reducing unnecessary parts usage
  • Collaborate closely with field engineers, wholesale team and service desk
  • Support logistics, scheduling, stock control, and ordering

What We’re Looking For

  • A logical, methodical approach to fault‑finding
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
  • Positive, motivated, and reliable mindset
  • Commitment to excellent customer service

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience working with traditional espresso machines, bean‑to‑cup machines and water boilers
  • Good electro‑mechanical knowledge
  • Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (occasionally required to drive company vehicles)
