About the Role
As a Workshop Coffee Machine Engineer, you’ll be primarily workshop‑based, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of coffee equipment to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Planned, preventative servicing (annual maintenance and inspections)
- Reactive repairs and fault‑finding
- Focused on minimising waste and reducing unnecessary parts usage
- Collaborate closely with field engineers, wholesale team and service desk
- Support logistics, scheduling, stock control, and ordering
What We’re Looking For
- A logical, methodical approach to fault‑finding
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
- Positive, motivated, and reliable mindset
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience working with traditional espresso machines, bean‑to‑cup machines and water boilers
- Good electro‑mechanical knowledge
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Full, clean UK driving licence (occasionally required to drive company vehicles)
