About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our organisation. You'll provide operational, governance, compliance and administrative support across the business, helping to ensure our systems, processes and people are working effectively. Working closely with our Operations Manager, Head of HR and Operations, Business Director and wider leadership team, you'll help coordinate key operational activities that support the delivery of high-quality case management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating operational and administrative processes across the organisation
- Supporting governance, compliance and quality assurance activities
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration
- Maintaining accurate records, systems and operational documentation
- Supporting compliance processes, audits and organisational governance requirements
- Coordinating meetings, communications and organisational workflows
- Assisting with finance administration and operational reporting
- Supporting marketing, website and social media administration where required
- Building positive relationships with associates, clients and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of organisational systems and processes
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to a busy and growing organisation. You will have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience within operations, administration, HR, recruitment, compliance or business support roles
- A professional, positive and approachable manner
- Experience within healthcare, rehabilitation, social care or case management would be advantageous but is not essential.
