The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
As Trustee for Health and Safety, you will provide strategic oversight, assurance and guidance to help the charity meet its statutory obligations, manage risk proportionately and maintain safe environments for staff, volunteers, service users and visitors.
As a member of the Board, you will also help guide SDR's strategy, support good governance, ensure the charity remains solvent, well run and upholds its mission and objectives.

Please note Trustees are expected to
- Attend monthly evening Board meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Participate in ad meetings, contribute proactively to projects and fundraising. initiatives, and commit the necessary time and effort to fulfil your responsibilities as a Trustee.
- Collaborate with fellow trustees, staff, and volunteers to support the charity's goals
- Subscribe to membership of the charity.
- Visit the centre when required to stay connected with our operations and the dogs in our care.
Time commitment
- An average of 7-10 hours per month, with some natural variation from month to month.
