We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated LRC Advisor to join our busy and professional Student Experience team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, front-facing environment, supporting learners to access resources and information, and providing excellent customer service, this role could be for you. You’ll have strong communication skills, a positive and proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of learners, staff and visitors. Experience in a library, learning resource or customer-focused environment would be advantageous. If you’re friendly, organised and committed to delivering a high-quality service, we look forward to hearing from you.

  • Providing front‑of‑house support and acting as a first point of contact for student enquiries.

As such the post-holder will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including a check of the Children’s Barred List, in line with the statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE). The College may consider carrying out online searches as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE). Please be aware that it is an offence to apply for the role if the candidate is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
