The predicted salary is between 27100 - 27100 £ per year.

Part‑Time Job Coach Positions available: 14 hours per week (pay £7,908.27 per annum) or 21 hours per week (pay £11,863.69 per annum) on term‑time only, permanent.

Location: Stoke on Trent College.

Responsibilities:

  • Support learners with SEND to understand workplace expectations and complete real work‐related tasks.
  • Break down tasks, model activities, give prompts and feedback, support health and safety understanding.
  • Reduce support as learners become more independent.
  • Work in employer settings and across College provision where required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience supporting young people with SEND.
  • Willingness to train in job coaching approaches.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Job Coach is not required.
