Stoke on Trent College is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Practitioner to join our busy Safety and Welfare team.
You will work with learners to promote positive behaviour, remove barriers to learning and support their progression.
The role requires experience with young people or vulnerable learners in educational or pastoral settings, a relevant qualification, and the ability to build effective relationships with learners, staff, parents and external agencies.
