Are you passionate about transforming young people’s lives and confident in creating calm, purposeful learning environments? We are seeking dynamic, resilient and highly motivated Personal Development Tutors to join our ambitious and fast‑paced Quality team. This is a pivotal role within the College.

As a Personal Development Tutor, you will take ownership of a caseload of 16–19 learners, driving their personal development, academic progress and employability skills. You will deliver high‑impact group tutorials and purposeful 1:1 coaching, you will challenge, support and inspire learners to succeed. You will champion high standards of conduct, attendance and professionalism, setting clear expectations and modelling positive behaviours that prepare learners for further study and employment.

Although most duties do not fall within the definition of regulated activity, this post is deemed to involve regulated activity with children. As such, the post-holder will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including a check of the Children’s Barred List, in line with the statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).

The College may consider carrying out online searches as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
