The Head of Quality will lead quality assurance and improvement across all College provision, ensuring high standards, effective performance and a strong culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leaders, managers and external stakeholders, the role will use data and evidence to identify risk, drive improvement and provide assurance to leaders and governors. The postholder will also oversee awarding organisation relationships, regulatory readiness and quality compliance, keeping learners’ experiences, progress and destinations at the heart of the role.
