Etching Hill Primary Academy is seeking a part-time Pastoral Support Officer (19.5 hours per week, term-time) to join our caring team. The role is Grade 5 and starts November 2026 or earlier. The academy is part of the FutureGeneration Trust and works closely with the community.
The successful candidate will support safeguarding, attendance, and family liaison, and work with safeguarding and administration teams to ensure the right support at the right time.
