Fierté Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a reflective, creative and enthusiastic teacher to join the dedicated team at Edge Hill Junior Academy. The successful candidate will be a committed professional capable of providing high quality teaching.

  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
  • Secure understanding of the National Curriculum, particularly in Key Stage 2
  • The ability to plan and deliver well-structured lessons that support progression and maintain high levels of engagement
  • Developing confidence in assessment for learning, using this to inform next steps and adapt teaching
  • An understanding of how to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • The ability to contribute to a language-rich classroom environment, supporting early communication, vocabulary and oracy
  • Skills in creating a positive, well-managed and nurturing classroom environment that promotes independence and resilience
