Position

Personal Development Tutor – V1000b

Salary £28,821 per annum, Pro rata (Grade 3A).

Full Time, 37 hours per week, Term‑Time Only, Permanent (0.82 FTE).

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Development Tutor to join our exceptionally busy and professional Quality team. If you’re experienced in supporting learners through their personal development, this role could be for you!

Key Responsibilities

Supporting learners on a 1:1 basis, running group sessions and creating strong and promoting employability skills. You will be involved in guiding learners through their personal development and supporting a range of support needs including learning, personal, social, emotional, and behavioural.

You’ll have experience of supporting learners with a range of support needs including learning, personal, social, emotional and behavioural. You’ll have experience guiding learners through their personal development.
