Salary: £23,720 per annum pro rata (Grade 2)

What You’ll Do:

  • Support learners in the workplace (retail sector)
  • Deliver engaging workshops on CV writing, interview techniques & more
  • Provide hands-on guidance with tasks like stock rotation & shelf stacking
  • Empower learners with special education needs to build confidence & skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for helping learners succeed
  • Experience supporting individuals with special educational needs
  • Relevant SEND qualifications (e.g., Autism Awareness, Learning Disabilities) desirable
  • Level 2 in English & Maths (or equivalent)
