We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Estates Officer to join our exceptionally busy and professional Property and Facilities team at an exciting time in the development of our College premises. If you’re a hardworking, enthusiastic individual, this role could be for you!
As an Estates Officer, you will support the Head of Property and Facilities in the effective maintenance and development of the College premises such that the facilities and overall environment fully support the overall aims and visions of the College.
You’ll have a minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English as well as a property/building qualification to a recognised trade association (for example, City and Guilds or NVQ).
