Join our team as a full‑time Team Co‑ordinator within Children’s and Family Services, Service Support Team. We’re looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting teams and making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering specific and general enquiries and taking referrals from members of the public, departments across the council and outside agencies.
  • Provide an effective and efficient service.
  • Provide excellent customer service across Children’s Social Care.

About You:

  • Have strong administrative and IT skills.
  • A collaborative and team‑focused approach with a can‑do attitude.
  • A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience in minute taking or transferable skills that demonstrate your ability to capture and organise information effectively.
