This is a temporary post for 12 months.
You will need to be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with the ability to manage and motivate a team. You will possess good craft skills and a belief that excellent food and nutrition is an integral part of the education process. You must have a proven history of good food production and customer service, have Level 2 Award in Food Safety and the NVQ Food Preparation and Cooking Certificate along with relevant experience.
