Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person‑centred care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans, including psychological assessments on admission.
  • Safeguard and promote the well‑being of residents during all hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to meet individual needs.
  • Participate in reflective supervision and ongoing professional development.
  • Operate flexible working arrangements, including sleep‑ins where required.
