We are recruiting Skilled Highway Operatives to deliver essential maintenance across the road network, including pothole repairs, patching works, and gully cleansing to prevent flooding and improve drainage.
Responsibilities
- Carry out highway repairs including potholes, patching and minor works.
- Undertake gully cleansing and general drainage maintenance.
- Operate plant and vehicles safely.
- Ensure works are completed to high standards and in line with health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in highways maintenance or construction.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a physical, outdoor role.
- Strong awareness of health and safety.
- Reliable, proactive and committed to delivering quality works.
