Ready to help shape the future of Stoke-on-Trent? We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people focused Funding Programme Assistant to support the delivery of exciting regeneration and economic growth projects across our city.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and monitoring of UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) projects and other major funding programmes.
  • Work closely with partners from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
  • Manage project claims, ensure spend is compliant, and provide high quality reporting.
  • Assist with board papers, minutes, project documentation and communications.
  • Help maintain reporting systems, track performance and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational, administration and project support skills.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Confidence handling data, writing reports and supporting meetings.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and problem solving approach.
