Fleet Operations & Compliance is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our unique and dynamic team. The suitable candidate will support the Fleet Operations Manager to deliver a high quality, efficient and effective technical and administrative service in support of the city council's vehicle and plant fleet and the garage workshop.

They will be required to maintain the fleet management system, databases and reporting systems (such as for fuel), undertake and process invoices, internal recharges and the payment of supplier's invoices efficiently and in a timely manner and to provide an administrative support service to the Fleet Management Team in support of its objectives.

They will provide support to the Workshop Manager in the provision of an effective and efficient administrative and technical service encapsulating preventive maintenance schedules, and the accurate recording of costs incurred to permit invoicing and internal recharges to a high degree of accuracy.
