The Environmental Services Team is looking for an apprentice to help support the team while completing a Level 2 Customer Services Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service and administrative support for the department.
  • Use IT systems and maintain records and files.
  • Visit council premises to gain practical experience.
