As we move into the next stage of the transformation journey for our Adult Care Services following our recent ‘Good’ assessment, these roles will guide a motivated workforce in building on our strengths while addressing the areas highlighted for improvement to meet the needs of our residents.
The Director of Adult Social Care will lead operational delivery across a portfolio of safeguarding, prevention, neighbourhood health and care, hospital pathways and provider services, driving quality and performance to support people to live independently.
