Responsibilities
- Hold and manage care proceedings from start to final hearing and permanency planning.
- Deliver exceptional quality assessments and case management, using evidence‑based approaches.
- Work in a team with manageable caseloads, reflective supervision and a strong team culture.
- Support and mentor newly qualified social workers and students to develop the workforce of tomorrow.

Qualifications
- A Social Work England registration and recognised Social Work qualification.
- Significant experience in both safeguarding and the family court arena.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, including Working Together to Safeguard Children.
- Confidence to complete high‑quality assessments and evidence‑based reports in a timely manner.
- A child‑centred, restorative approach, working collaboratively with families and partners.
